How to book?

Appointments can be booked by:

  • going online via your NHS Account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app) or SystmOnline Account (speak with reception to set up)
  • telephoning the surgery during our opening hours
  • visiting the surgery and speaking with a receptionist

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with and use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

What’s available?

We offer consultations with a range of health professionals including GP’s, nurses, clinical pharmacists or social prescribers, depending on your situation.

If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP / nurse within two working weeks. You may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP / nurse.

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face
  • on a video call
  • by text or email

Appointments by phone, video call, text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

When to book?

Our appointments are released at 8am each morning (Monday to Friday) and are a mix of urgent and routine appointments as shown below. This means that you can book appointments in advance for non-urgent matters.
