Getting your test results
At some stage you may undergo investigations as part of your care. You may be asked to provide samples such as urine or stool samples, or come in for tests such as blood tests or blood pressure checks. You may also be sent for other investigations such as x-rays or ultrasounds.
Once the results of these are received, we will only contact you if any further treatment or investigation is required. We are only able to provide results for tests we have requested.
If you do not hear from us regarding results but still require medical advice please get in touch to book another appointment.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- phone or visit us between 11am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
