  • Getting an appointment is difficult, booking is very far in advance for a GP appointment and usually only possible if you phone dead on 8.30am
  • This surgery is very good.  All the doctors, nurses and staff are excellent.

  • I understand it is difficult but for an on-going case it would be more reassuring to have consistency with the same doctor

  • Biggest challenge & frustration is securing an appointment to suit situation

  • Excellent service. Very good follow up after hospital treatment. But due regard should be given to length of appointment for pateints who only see a doctor infrequently.
